Not for the first time…and now it’s serious

I’ve written about the various inadequacies of the MHRA a number of times. This is now serious folks, as all the good, experienced people have left, to be replaced by juniors without the necessary experience required to effectively regulate pharmaceutical companies’ developing medicinal and healthcare products.

It explains that MHRA has a team of inspectors with legal powers of enforcement if funny goings on the the supply chain are identified during routine inspections (what happened to them?!).

Heading up the team was Mark Birse. I sat next to Mark on the bus on the journey to the Cintas Conference Center, when I was co-chairing one of the FDA/Xavier University co-sponsored Global Outsourcing Conferences.
