SHARING OPENING TO MY MOST RECENT BOOK
I had an inkling during 2020 that supply chains for the SARS-CoV-2 injections would come under intense scrutiny at some point in the future. That is why I wrote What Patients Need to Know About: Pharmaceutical Supply Chains, which published in March 2021.
There is still not much public understanding of this topic, but it’s bubbling under.
Once a person realises medicinal products, eg vaccines, must be produced in physical factories located all over the world, then the penny will drop. Try convincing someone an aircraft could be developed and manufactured safely, with all the working parts in operation at full scale, in 9 months—they would fall down in fits of laughter.
Not so for prescription drugs apparently?
