[Note from Hedley: I should preface this last chapter with a comment on Janet Woodcock MD. Dr Woodcock has taken a lot of criticism for pandering to Big Pharma, especially during the opiod crisis. I don’t know enough to judge, but, as my mother used to say “speak as you find”, and I have found that Dr Woodcock has helped me enormously since contributing to my first book in 2011.
