I think of Midazolam Matt as a low-functioning psychopath. Psychopathic but a total moron who makes an excellent useful idiot for the higher-up psychopaths who conceived all of this.
But, as Lawrence Fox suggested, Matt will be one of the first to be thrown under the bus by the powers that be, if they manage to implement their revolution, 'the little he knows already too much'.
