BioNTech—the virtual company with a virtual moral compass
hedleyrees.substack.com
What do we know about BioNTech? Forty years in the industry, and I only heard of BioNTech in 2018. Then, I noticed on LinkedIn (am since ejected) that a lawyer I had worked with in 2007 on client supply agreements, then at Morrison & Forrester (MoFo), had gone to work for them. I thought no more of it, other than to wonder why he would move to such a tiny company.
This is valuable information thanks. Putting the puzzle together of a planetary intersection of corporations, governments, institutions. A nexus exists within these biotechnology firms and helps explain the complete picture. With knowledge of the increasingly predominant role of biotechnology roles in commercial real estate and the predominance of biotechnology across the board a truer picture is revealed.
Very good report again Hedley. Would love to get your thoughts on the reporting from a Pfizer Project Veritas whistleblower showing fluorescent vials of vaccine https://www.bitchute.com/video/i4f2Au3TICBi/.
Dear Mr. Rees - did you also happen to come across the info that BioNTech and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) have basically collaborated?
If you skip to the paragraph starting with "We were told that Pfizer/BioNTech is a German company. But it is actually a German-Chinese company" in this article, you'll see the documents linked https://naomiwolf.substack.com/p/facing-the-beast
But to summarize, BioNTech’s SEC filing shows there is an equity investment by Fosun Pharmaceuticals in BioNTech:
"Under the terms of the agreement, Fosun Pharma has agreed to make an equity investment of $50 million (€46 million) for 1,580,777 ordinary shares in BioNTech, subject to execution of share subscription documentation and approval from regulatory authorities in China."
Lastly, the CCP owns half of Sinopharm. On page 97 of this PDF document (bottom right corners contain the page numeration), you will see it is listed as one of the Central State Owned Enterprises. You can also just search "SINOPHARM." The document is from the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission https://www.uscc.gov/sites/default/files/Research/10_26_11_CapitalTradeSOEStudy.pdf
Additional information about the Fosun Pharma - BioNTech production is found in the first substack article I shared.

Next, Fosun Pharma has a 49% stake of Sinopharm Group. (Page 1 of this document https://www1.hkexnews.hk/listedco/listconews/sehk/2008/0620/ltn20080620371.pdf ) Qishen Investment is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fosun, in case the ownership chart seems unclear (Qishen is referenced on page 6).

Also my report of failure of serialization by Pfizer has been published https://dailyclout.io/failure-of-serialization-by-pfizer-flouted-established-pharma-rules/. I wanted to include a comment giving you credit for assisting me with gathering information and referencing your substack, but Naomi asked me to remove it from my report
Thank you for an eye opener re this company.
A major part of the jigsaw that saw gates increase his bi££ion$ in the scamdemic!
Thank you for this article. I always found it very strange that Ugur Sahin appeared on the World Health Summit 2018 next to Gates and Merkel...
