Once again, Hedley Rees demonstrates his vast and deep knowledge of Big Pharma. I'm so glad to know he's on this case. Being a resident of Mississippi, I've been watching Dr. Witcher and will continue to watch this case. If Witcher/Rees are successful this may well be a landmark case. I sure hope so, as it exposes a lot about big pharma and may well lead to a complete investigation in all pharmaceutical companies. I've studied herbs and natural remedies for decades and found many things which work quite well to heal various health conditions. I find it interesting that before we had pharmaceutical products, people took care of themselves pretty well and overall they lived much longer, while staying healthy, than they do now. IMO, we don't need vaccines, our immune systems were designed to ward off disease if we take care of ourselves and don't indulge in unhealthy practices.

Thanks for the comment and kind words E. Grogan. I have to admit to being somewhat, no very disappointed, that this goes back to February 2023. I also wrote a second declaration a few months later, on contamination, that had to be rife through the supply chain. I'm hoping to be invited to contribute again, as I agree with your comment on Mississippi - it only take one state...

Agree also with your comments on natural remedies, with the caveat that proper quality control must be assured for every batch produced. thanks again :)

Amazing summery! I’m under the impression in following your work it’s the people at the top of the FDA, Marks in particular, that are turning a blind eye to the FDA inspections and 483s.

It’s interesting that J&J and AZ are off the market yet Pfizer and Moderna are still promoting the jabs. I can’t imagine Pfizer and Moderna are any safer, especially when the main difference is a different vector.

It looks like FDA has been more lenient on Pfizer and Moderna. Do you have any thoughts on this? Could this have something to do with Scott Gottlieb going from FDA to Pfizer? Just a thought.

More and more people I know who have taken Pfizer, both the primary series plus the boosters, are being diagnosed with cancer. I know you mentioned Kymriah many times and the recent FDA boxed warning which includes cancer. I don’t know if their doctors are making the connection but it is tragic and highly suspicious that their cancers could likely be mRNA related.

Every observation you make above is correct, Alison, and supported by the real-world data and evidence now in public domain - time for action, me thinks!

It's totally destroyed my nurse daughter's brain! She's no longer herself and the Covid/hospital treatment has injured my liver, kidney, heart and lungs! My daughter has also had kidney cancer and had part of it removed! Survival? I doubt it

OUT standing!

Drag them all through the streets and lock them in stocks, once everything they own is taken.

Oh wait. What's that sound? Can you hear the corruptocratic murmuring of, "standing"?

This has to be at least the 3rd attempt to pull things back under consumer laws. (Texas v. Pfizer and Kansas v. Pfizer) I hope this time it is successful. Katherine Watt has a list of cases (27 Jun 2024) https://bailiwicknews.substack.com/p/intentional-infliction-of-harm-is

And then (12 Aug 2024) here https://bailiwicknews.substack.com/p/on-habeas-corpus-probable-cause-warrants she writes of the dismissed Texas case:

"Texas AG v. Pfizer, an attempt to get a state court to rule that Pfizer violated state consumer protection laws. Removed to federal court. Pfizer filed MtD in March 2024. Kansas AG filed substantially similar case in Kansas state court in June 2024. I haven't checked to see if Pfizer filed a Notice of Removal to have the Kansas case removed to federal court and/or consolidated with the Texas/Paxton case."

I failed to find an update to the Kansas case online.
