The same people talking to each other, creating committees, task forces and quangos. Making lots of noise, doing nothing of value except to themselves , their employers and their cronies….at huge cost to the taxpayers no doubt. Thanks for keeping tabs and receipts Hedley…. It’s hard to keep track as the same mob circulate through many overlapping organisations, but their names become sickeningly familiar.
