Hedley, how can this be stopped? Imagine suffering one of those "rare" side effects, and your lawyers trying to figure out who to sue. An absolute minefield.

This is what lawyers don't know. UK is Governed by EU GMP regulations, which are written as EU Directives and are legally binding. See: DIRECTIVE 2001/83/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL OF 6 NOVEMBER 2001 ON THE COMMUNITY CODE RELATING TO MEDICINAL PRODUCTS FOR HUMAN USE, link:

https://www.ema.europa.eu/en/documents/regulatory-procedural-guideline/directive-200183ec-european-parliament-and-council-6-november-2001-community-code-relating-medicinal-products-human-use_en.pdf

UK Government and MHRA pretended that the UK had separate regulations following Brexit, quoting UK Legislation "The Human Medicines Regulations 2012 [SI 2012/1916]"

That was a deception, because UK pharma companies would not be able to sell into the EU if they didn't follow EU GMP and GDP standards.

The same applied to MHRA licencing medicinal products for sale - they pretended they could do their own thing - and waved through the jabs.

In not following EU Directives, Pfizer/Moderna/AZ were allowed to place defective products on the market that damaged, even killed people.

I am still to find a UK law firm willing to work with me, for free, to get this in front of a judge.

One is thinking about it, but I'm not holding my breath...

Why would it be up to a judge? Surely no one or no entity is above the law. Is it not simply a matter of filing a complaint with the police. This "omission" on their part is fraud, a criminal act, committed with intent, and a known misrepresentation!

Absolutely Gus, only we have a corrupt government in power, as the one before it...

Thanks Hedley for constantly warning us where it's going.

Belated reply, as I read a lot of blogs since 2020 but individual ones not so often ...

I think I did the right thing, de-registering from any drug pusher, so sorry 'GP'. The good ones have retired or been 'forcibly privatised', like Sarah Myhill or David Cartland.

Keep yourself metabolically healthy, get enough exercise, etc. Stay off the 'ultra-processed food'.

Thanks John!

What's a GP? Got a vague recollection of what they used to be, but then they disappeared :)

thanks for the sound advice!

You mention hospital pharmacies, but does anyone actually know where 5 or 6 dose frozen Pfizer vials were stored, thawed, gentle shaken but not stirred, prior to plunging in arms at football stadiums, Asda car parks, and the like? I read elsewhere, 300 mRNA more jabs in the pipeline. Bill Gates said 2020's will be the decade of vaccines.

Absolutely right, and very few questioned what should have been obvious - mass propaganda did the job. Gates will be a busted flush, soon, me thinks Markker…

Very interesting to see your former boss from MHRA join a clinical CRO, Parexel. Folks from regulatory should not be going over to industry as it creates a conflict of interest. Also, Goldman Sachs asset management acquired Parexcel, correct? It seems to be all about money and ignoring regulations to achieve max profit.

Indeed. Just to say that Mark Birse was not my boss, as I was a consultant, and still am.

Birse and Ian Rees agreed to meet me at their offices in 2011, just after writing my first book for Wiley. Birse was head of Inspections then, one down from the CEO. Little did I know they would both move to the dark side 😩

This is all going to go boobs up, trust me, as the fundamentals for profitable drug development no longer exist!

Thanks for the correction on your role and I hope you’re right!

Apparently they (drug companies and government) are developing hundreds of new mRNA poisons. Why? just for the fun of it?

It's a system effect - system lags mean it takes a long time for the system to react to a change - in this case it is public opinion against the jabs - poisoners will give up eventually...or go to jail...
