“Improvements” in health, accomplished allegedly by 24/7 monitoring & new age (unproven, often inadequately tested) technology is an oxymoron.
One of the greatest contributions to real health is not to be over medicalised & over treated with unnecessary drugs prescribed by people who don’t care about you. You’re not a car. You don’t need an annual service.
Many big selling drugs have a very thin evidence base. ITRW, often any small apparent advantage is lost & all you’re left with are risks of unwanted effects.
There are non medical paths to follow which would benefit people & society far more than yet more marginal & expensive drugs.
I’d legislate big pharma out of existence. Overall, they’re malign from every perspective.
I don’t watch them but social media has been up in arms over the soaps here in the U.K. Apparently they’ve had one of the characters keel over on the football pitch of a heart attack, they’ve even gone out of their way to ridicule conspiracy theorists in a scene about the moon landings, covid jabs etc. I noticed months ago while passing while the hubby was sat watching it how climate emergency storylines are big on the agenda.
Normally they love to keep their cards close to their chest and never mention such things, they’ve put it out there to promote those not following the narrative as fruits and nuts.
Many people were on the ball calling out the propaganda for what it is.
Pretty stupid headline from H M Government. The approach for some diseases may be prudent depending on disease type, but all the requirements of preclinical and safety testing GCP, GMP and GDP must be done properly. Excessive use of 3rd party contracts or the 'virtual company' approach make no sense due the to the loss of control. Oversight of 3rd party contracts is not a zero resource activity when done properly. For other diseases it simply would not make sense based on a number of factors, eg wrong type of treatment, over medicating minor conditions and rendering future treatments ineffective eg for antibiotics. Finally unnecessarily medicalising treatment of the effects of lifestyle choices would be better addressed by education, where possible. Sure, mRNA vaccines are novel, and may offer genuine promise but they are not and never will be a panacea solution for every possible human ailment. Case in point - imagine an obese patient asking his physician about weight loss and getting the answer you don't have to go on a fancy diet, and I am not going to prescribe any medication. Eat a healthy diet, but smaller quantities. We should not be conditioning people to feel shortchanged if they don't actually need a doctor's prescription. Part of staying well is looking after yourself, not expecting medical intervention for every small thing.
It would be interesting to create a simple petition: "Require only validated and verified science to aid policy decisions" and see what kind of twisted logic we would hear if it got discussed in parliament.
The vaccines were "approved" by the MHRA not through science but due to a change in the law that said in a pandemic you can effectively let any old snake oil to be used. And by extension forced on people.
The very same people expect their water to be tested to exacting standards yet never think to apply the same logic to something like vaccines or new drugs when it benefits them.
Jon Symonds is a nice enough chap, but always struck me as rather pedestrian. He is an accountant: not a scientist. And it shows.
I think the intent is good: to stop the brain & capital drain to the US. But they’re going about it all wrong. You need life sciences capital here, which means tax breaks on returns from uk based companies. Not rushing through shit drugs that kill people.
Jessica Rose posted an interesting article on her Substack, Unacceptable Jessica that discusses a recent discover on contamination with antibioticspike contained in the shots; the "Expression Vectors" shouldn't be there. This has manufacturing quality implications that should mandate a production stop.
This isn't directly relevant to this topic, but I thought I'd share it for your review as well.

Personally. I’d like to eradicate all these agencies and start over with integrity
Well, I’d have to agree that ageing is a pandemic, it’s happening on all seven continents...😏 Will there be an ageing vaccine???
Thank you Hedley. What happened to the Oxford AstraZeneca product is it still in production or has it been quietly discontinued?
It seems "our" economy is going to be based on banging experimental products in people's arms and global money laundering.🇬🇧🍻
