This entry in the Register of Interests could enable a permission incorrectly and is another red flag for fraud. He has made other entries that are not supported by Companies House. He is not a director of Nahdi Medical Corporation and he is not a director of DIA Global (he is not a director of any of the companies with these names https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/search/companies?q=DIA+Global+). These false submissions in his register of interests can also allow a permission when it should be denied (an error which is called a false match error). I conclude that Dr Junaid Bajwa has committed two counts of identity fraud and has committed fraud by failing to disclose information. Because multiple identities compromise all audits and due diligence associated to the him and his interests, Dr Bujwa is not a fit and proper person. He should resign and be investigated by the police for fraud, together with all officers who have registered multiple identities. This is a method of fraud that takes advantage of false non-match errors and false match errors in IT systems. It works by concealing interests from audit and due diligence software. Hedley, have you had a chance to look at whether the other directors have declared all their interests?
I've been writing letters of complaints about the interests they have failed to declare, their multiple identities and the fact they've confounded audits. The Commissioners for Standards refuses to consider the multiple identities and corrupted audits (saying its outside their remit) and just get them to add the missing interests to the register. This should give them a problem at the next audit, but I'm not that hopeful as some audit partners also have multiple identities registered and fail to disclose all their interests, so they have a personal motivation to not call it out.
Using multiple identities is a method that enables fraud and it has been being used, unchallenged since Companies House was established.
If we can get this method recognised as illegal through a judicial judgment, it is a route to removing frauds from the system as they will be ineligible for their posts. Ideally I'd like to be able to create an app for the public to use so that they can easily check whether their MP or councillor are declaring all their interests, compared to their Register of Interests, and whether they have multiple identities. Ideally we need to also check the interests (registered and not) against the Government contracts database to identify contracts awarded where interests are not disclosed. I'd welcome your thoughts.

In IT terms this kind of fraud is a form of Synthetic identity fraud. It is widespread amongst politicians, in the House of Lords, but, most worryingly, within the Police and Crime Commissioners.
The Police and Crime Commissioners have established companies that have set the "digital" vision for policing (Police Digital Service) and another to procure the vision (BlueLight Commercial Limited). As a result, fraud investigations all go via the City of London Police, who run Action Fraud and National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (which they've just sub-contracted to Capita see https://www.cityoflondon.police.uk/news/city-of-london/news/2023/june/new-suppliers-appointed-for-action-fraud-service-replacement/ ) and they are acting as a block to dealing with this issue, because the directors are implicated in synthetic identity fraud, too.
