It made way for sub standard , narration driven assets and pipeline of products to lure the interest of the investors. The investors thrived on false valuation building exercise literally disowning the most important stake holder the patient. Lack of Science driven advancement and accountability has resulted in adopting desperate and frivolous growth strategies .

Not holding my breath, as the saying goes, but I do look forward to some prosecutions. Meanwhile, may scammers no longer find quite such a multitude of ready victims.

The Yanks call it off-shoring. That is exactly the same as Outsourcing. IMO is has created a massive problem where secrets and learnt manufacturing techniques have been handed over to competitors for free. The advantage of cheap labour has made the competitors out of the country of invention more competitive. It has also taken away control by the principal.

We call it offshoring in the UK Jack. It’s a bit different to outsourcing.. offshoring is procuring material from low cost countries to you in your own production activities. Outsourcing is where the entire production is handed over to a contract organisation to carry it out on your behalf. Both are bonkers when you know how anything going wrong in the supply chain can kill people - love the comment :)

It looks like there was a positive development in the Kansas AG lawsuit against Pfizer yesterday. Pfizer attempted to move the case to federal court and the judge declined and allowed the case to proceed at the state level.

Hedley - Have you had any conversations or contact with AGs in Kansas and in Texas who are aggressively pursuing cases against Pfizer. Your knowledge of cGMP confirms Pfizer could never have made the claims it did regarding vaccine safety.
